withdraw his/her money from District Treasury,

from the Additional Sub
Treasury, Vanchiyoor at District Treasury, Cherupulassery. For having
the efficient functioning of the new core banking system following operational guidelines are issued by
the government for the management of Core Banking System (CBS) in treasury
savings bank accounts.
§ All the existing treasury wise savings bank account number will be replaced with a state wide unique account number system. § New individual TSB
accounts can be opened on the basis of any valid ID proof approved by
Government, This include Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Electoral Photo Identity Card,
Valid Driving Licence, Identity Card issued by the Central or State Government.
§ The interest on
Treasury Fixed Deposit (TFD) will be credited to the TSB account on the last
working-day of every month.
§ Hereafter,
transferring of Treasury Saving Bank Account will not be required when the
account holder temporarily shifts from one station to another. However transfer
of the Treasury Saving Bank Account can be permitted on the basis of a written
request from the customer. The treasury cheques issued against any Treasury Saving
Bank Account will be accepted in all treasuries across the state. However the
cheque book will be issued only from the parent treasury in which the account
is attached.
§ Withdrawal of money
(Except Fixed Deposit) from the Treasury Savings Bank Account as well as
remittance into the account will be allowed from any treasury of the state.

Treasury
Fixed Deposit can be withdrawn only from the treasury in which the money is
deposited.
For getting a TREASURY SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT what should we do?
You have to produce a duly filled up TSB Account KYC Application Form before the Treasury Officer concerned. A recent passport size photograph, an attested copy of any of the following Identity Cards has also to be produced while applying.
- Aadhar Card
- PAN Card
- Electoral Photo Identity Card
- Valid Driving Licence
- Identity Card issued by the State/Central Government
